The total number of units sold in Penn Quarter this past year was 102. The days on market averaged 73. In 2006 the days on market was 43.
– A total of 3 - THREE bedrooms sold. The average days on market was 58. Last year the average was 34 days. The average sold price was $812,666. Last year the average sold price was $820,000. Two of the three properties sold below the listed price and one sold above.
– A total of 27 - TWO bedrooms sold. The average days on market was 76 days. In 2006 it averaged 59.76. The average sold price was $607,225. In 2006 it was $632,552. Four properties sold above the listed price, six went for the same price and nineteen were sold below the listed price.
